This position is responsible for providing client care through focused assessment, treatment and discharge planning on our rehabilitation and recovery units, and contributing to our resident's quality of life through assessment of appropriate interventions to maximize safe, functional independence on our continuing care units. Other duties may include providing clinical supervision to support staff and students.
Responsible for other related duties as required.
Complex Care - for frail seniors who require the care of an interdisciplinary team to maintain and improve quality of life in safe, comfortable and supportive environments. Carewest offers a mix of secured and unsecured units.
