Job summary

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) in Regina, Saskatchewan, is seeking a Senior Physical Therapist to plan, develop, and deliver therapy services within an interdisciplinary team. You will mentor staff therapists and guide projects, with preference for HSAS members per collective agreement.

Requirements include a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, plus at least 2 years of related clinical experience and active registration with the SCPT.

Job Description: Reporting to a Manager/Rehabilitation Coordinator, the Senior Therapist is responsible for the planning, development, organization and delivery of therapy services within the framework of the interdisciplinary team. The Senior Therapist provides training, coaching, mentoring and guidance to staff therapists and other team members. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years related clinical experience with demonstrated leadership ability
