Job Description
ADGA is hiring a Physical Security Operations Centre Specialistto work in our banking client’s Physical Security's ' Incident Reporting Centre (IRC) based in the Greater Toronto Area (Downtown Toronto & Mississauga). This site is the current intake, triage and escalation for physical security & life safety matters for our client in Canada, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Our goal is to increase the security maturity of our banking client by creating a best-in-class, data driven, intelligence led Global Physical Security Operations Centre (GSOC). We will employ a holistic, proactive, and risk-based approach to security operations by elevating the capabilities of three main areas : People, Processes and Technology.
The Physical Security Operations Centre Specialist is responsible for satisfying the safety and security needs for the protection of employees, visitors, vendors, and assets as required. This includes reporting and triaging security related incidents, monitoring threats, evaluating results, and ensuring the overall department goals are achieved. The role ensures that all activities of the group are performed according to established IRC policies and procedures. The role is responsible for making recommendations to the Supervisor on duty regarding critical incidents and security related events.
