Faris Team is seeking a strong team player to produce exceptional photos and videos for our Listings and Marketing Departments, for MLS, websites, and a variety of social media platforms. The successful candidate will manage a high volume of tasks while remaining organized in a fast-paced environment, and have a creative eye for detail.

Our Visual Team members are foundational to how Faris Team functions as the #1 Real Estate Team in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and expanding team with a vision to transform the Real Estate industry and to provide the Best Real Estate Experience. We have a proven system and support from over 100 team members who are experts in their roles that will help position you to succeed.

This is an hourly position, with up to 40 hrs/week during spring and summer, and fewer as the market dictates in the fall/winter (estimated at 20). Weekday availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Necessary edits and adjustments, ensuring consistency and excellence in all photos and videos
• Ensure that all photos and videos are delivered with high quality, on time
• Digital staging for vacant homes (training provided)
• Creating social media reels and videos for properties, upcoming events, etc.
  
• Represent the Faris Team brand through professionalism and while interacting with clients and team members creating an exceptional experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in video editing
• Intermediate to Advanced skillset in the latest version of Adobe Suite
• Familiar with use of Mac processes/keyboard shortcuts
• Real Estate experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
