Photo Lab Specialist

The Photo Lab Specialist is responsible for assisting in the production of all Photofinishing services, providing superior customer service at the Photofinishing counter, meeting quality and service standards, and maintaining a professional attitude and work environment.

As a Photo Lab Specialist, your responsibilities include:

  • Printing, processing, and sorting film of all sizes and types.
  • Maintaining equipment under the direction of the Photo Lab Manager.
  • Mixing chemicals and general housekeeping.
  • Scanning film using a PC for digital delivery of images.

This customer service position requires significant customer contact. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service professionally, courteously, and helpfully. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in film processing, photography equipment, Photoshop, and basic desktop applications (Word, Excel, Outlook or equivalent).

Opportunities to work in other technical departments such as Photo Electronics and Mobile Phones are also available. Knowledge of these areas is an asset.
