The Photo Lab Specialist is responsible for assisting in the production of all Photofinishing services, providing superior customer service at the Photofinishing counter, meeting quality and service standards, and maintaining a professional attitude and work environment.
As a Photo Lab Specialist, your responsibilities include:
This customer service position requires significant customer contact. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service professionally, courteously, and helpfully. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in film processing, photography equipment, Photoshop, and basic desktop applications (Word, Excel, Outlook or equivalent).
Opportunities to work in other technical departments such as Photo Electronics and Mobile Phones are also available. Knowledge of these areas is an asset.
If you are well-organized, self-motivated, possess professional sales and customer service experience, and have a positive, mature attitude with an eye for detail and a desire to support company initiatives, then this could be the opportunity for you to excel!
