Responsibilities:

The role involves completing a 12-week on-the-job training program in phlebotomy and outpatient administrative duties, including customer service, patient registration, and blood collection protocols. Key functions include:

  • Completing required phlebotomy and client service training hours

  • Greeting patients and verifying their identity
