• You have led or significantly contributed to the development of validated assessment tools, observational measures, or evaluation rubrics that have been adopted in clinical or research applications.
• You possess specialized expertise in risk assessment frameworks and best practices in mental health, particularly concerning suicide and self-harm.
• You have supervised researchers or led research teams in psychotherapy-related projects.
• You have demonstrated expertise in translating complex psychological constructs into measurable, operational frameworks.
