Responsibilities

1. Assist the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice in accordance with regulations and company policies.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and, if certified, coach other pharmacy technicians and cashiers.
3. Deliver excellent customer service, greeting customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.
4. Perform pharmacy duties such as entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and maintaining workflow under supervision.
5. Handle sales transactions, process claims, support inventory management, and assist with clinical services as needed.
6. Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment and adhere to all policies and procedures.
7. Complete training and maintain required certifications.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail pharmacy, preferably with Walgreens.
• Strong math, computer, and inventory control skills.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred.
