Responsibilities

• Assist with the technical functions of dispensing prescriptions and maintain pharmacy operations.
• Adjudicate third party billing and manage related accounts.
• Answer telephone and refer to a pharmacist when necessary.
• Perform prescription data entry and workflow tasks according to standards.
• Counsel patients when required and ensure confidentiality.
