Qualifications

• Registered with the corresponding provincial licensing college.
• Previous Pharmacy Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and gather prescription information according to standards.
• Refer clinical inquiries to the pharmacist and adjudicate third-party billing when needed.
• Process prescriptions, data entry and manage refill requests efficiently.
• Assist in prescription preparation and labeling per pharmacy standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy requirements in all interactions.
• Answer phones and route to a pharmacist when necessary.
• Support administration: file documents and manage faxes per SOPs.
