Qualifications

• English language: basic knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact with customers, making them feel welcome with empathy and professionalism.
• Identify customer needs by collecting data for prescription preparation.
• Prepare prescriptions and detect potential issues for customers.
• Handle specialized tasks such as dispill management, robot management, and complex lectures.
• Serve as a reference and mentor for fellow pharmacy assistants.
