Qualifications

• Registered with the provincial licensing college.
• Diploma from a Pharmacy Technician College.
• Previous Pharmacy Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect prescription information in line with Standards.
• Assist in dispensing prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Refer clinical inquiries to the pharmacist.
• Handle third-party adjudication and billing as required.
• Maintain accurate data entry in pharmacy systems.
• Manage prescription workflow and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Counsel customers when needed and protect confidentiality.”
