Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately process, prepare, and package prescriptions using pharmacy systems.
• Support day-to-day operations in centralized prescription fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory control and manage medication stock levels.
• Report discrepancies and assist in regular inventory audits.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and support staff for timely medication delivery.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and project a positive company image.
• Perform daily quality assurance and safety checks.
• Adjudicate third-party billing and manage Third-Party Accounts.
• Handle calls, faxes, and refer inquiries to pharmacists as required.
• Assist pharmacists with call-backs and complete documentation accurately.
