Job description

What you'll do:
  1. Generate automation reports via Kroll pharmacy management software
  2. Package medications into unit dose pouches using the automation machine
  3. Perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  4. Manage automation workflow to meet workflow targets and schedules
  5. Maintain inventory at pharmacy to pre-specified minimum stock levels.
  6. Place orders for and maintain stock levels of pharmacy supplies or specialty items when needed
  7. Perform inventory pre-count preparation and assist inventory count vendors on inventory count days
  8. Action drug recalls and help obtain alternatives when products are unavailable
  9. Follow a step by step workflow process to prepare packages for shipment
  10. Working with a team, you will use an automated process to package orders for nursing homes and have them ready for delivery
  11. Investigate and troubleshoot orders to have them shipped on time
  12. Follow a step by step workflow process to prepare medication orders for patients
  13. Label medication and over the counter products, prepare medication blister packs, and mixtures
  14. Use Kroll software in preparing and labelling prescriptions

  4. Ability to manoeuvre quickly and consistently for an extended period of time
  5. To be adaptable – You may work in different departments to support workflow
  6. Ability to problem solve and make decisions
  7. Kroll software experience
  8. Pharmacy experience with Long Term Care
  9. Post secondary education
