Job description

What you'll do:
  1. Generate automation reports via Healthwatch pharmacy management software
  2. Perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  3. Manage automation workflow to meet workflow targets and schedules
  4. Maintain inventory at pharmacy to pre-specified minimum stock levels.
  5. Place orders for and maintain stock levels of pharmacy supplies or specialty items when needed
  6. Perform inventory pre-count preparation and assist inventory count vendors on inventory count days
  7. Action drug recalls and help obtain alternatives when products are unavailable
  8. Follow a step by step workflow process to prepare packages for shipment
  9. Investigate and troubleshoot orders to have them shipped on time
  10. Follow a step by step workflow process to prepare medication orders for patients
  11. Label medication and over-the-counter products, prepare medication blister packs, and mixtures
  12. Use Kroll software in preparing and labeling prescriptions
