Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist required to practice in Canada.
• Experience leading Pharmacy/OTC teams and managing compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy and OTC teams, recruit, interview, and train associates on OBWs/SOPs and Walmart workflow.
• Develop, motivate, and retain staff; promote Walmart's brand to customers and team.
• Collaborate with Professional Services District Manager and Store Management.
• Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and counsel patients on pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain inventory, scheduling, and department appearance per standards.
• Ensure Pharmacy operates during posted hours and maintains patient privacy.
