Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retail environment.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to lead and coach staff and manage performance.
• Experience building business via community-based marketing strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to execute action plans.
• Solid computing skills and familiarity with Healthwatch or KROLL systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and provide guidance and direction to staff.
• Responsible for hiring and managing performance of staff.
• Accountable for financial and operational success of the department.
• Prepare, dispense and control medications accurately and timely to patients.
• Ensure inventory levels of medications and supplements meet patient needs.
• Counsel patients about new and existing medications in a friendly manner.
• Educate customers through public relations activities.
• Provide timely resolution to patient needs and doctor requests.
• Obtain and review budgeted sales and net contribution.
• Identify and report sales opportunities internally and externally.
• Review and control costs within Loblaw Pharmacy (dispensary).
