Job summary

You will supervise staff, hire and manage performance, and ensure inventory and financial success of the department while delivering exceptional customer experiences within Loblaw's Health & Wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with BSc in Pharmacy and Class A license.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide pharmacy staff and operations.
• Hire and manage staff performance.
• Ensure accurate dispensing and timely patient service.
• Maintain inventory levels for medications and OTC products.
• Counsel patients on medications and health information.
• Engage in public relations and community education activities.
• Monitor budgets and contribute to financial success of the department.
• Identify sales opportunities and optimize costs within the pharmacy.
