Job summary

You will provide resident-centered nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. Responsibilities include performing assessments, documentation, care conferences, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Current registration and good standing with the B.C. College of Nurses and Midwives.
• Current CPR certification.
• Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• Previous experience in long-term care, seniors care, or a similar setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, assessment, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, reliability, and sound clinical judgment.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Casual Morgan Creek Seniors Community is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our long-term care team on a casual basis.

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides safe, resident-centred nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, care plans, and regulatory requirements.

The LPN works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to support the health, comfort, dignity, and quality of life of residents.
