Summary:

To manage the overall operations of the Pharmacy, including providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers, practicing to full scope in professional services, dispensing medication, and assisting in dispensary maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Pharmacy and Customer Service: Acknowledge all customers, practice within legal requirements, ensure privacy, counsel on prescriptions and products, practice to full scope, be identifiable, ensure prescription accuracy, communicate with healthcare professionals, maintain records.
  • Workflow and Inventory Management: Control access, review workflow queues, manage stock and expired inventory, oversee stock levels and medication orders, comply with regulations on controlled substances.
  • Operations: Maintain store appearance, participate in financial reporting, handle store communications, file incident reports.
  • Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Make independent decisions, coordinate and delegate, drive business growth, provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate professionalism, solve problems, possess computer skills, follow safety procedures, complete training.
