Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Smiths Falls, Ontario to lead the Pharmacy and OTC teams, drive recruitment, training, and store-wide initiatives. You will oversee scheduling, performance reviews and corrective actions to meet budgets and standards.

You will ensure accurate dispensing, proper storage, and patient privacy while maintaining a professional pharmacy environment and collaborating with professional services and store management.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license required, with Alberta CA_APA additional prescribing authorization mentioned as a potential permit.
• Experience leading pharmacy/OTC teams and ensuring regulatory compliance is expected.
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate store pharmacy staff and maintain professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy and OTC teams, recruit and interview candidates.
• Train associates on OBWs/SOPs and Walmart workflow; ensure execution.
• Manage schedules, performance reviews and action plans to meet goals.
• Maintain accurate inventories and address customer issues to ensure excellent service.
• Open and operate Pharmacy during business hours; collaborate with Professional Services District Managers.
