Job summary

Walmart Canada in St. Catharines, ON is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee day-to-day activities across the pharmacy division, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with Walmart policy, provincial and federal regulations.

You will lead the Pharmacy and OTC teams, recruit and interview candidates, train associates on OBWs/SOPs, manage schedules, inventory, and performance, and collaborate with store management and health care providers to deliver excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Age - 16 or older.
• Pharmacist license required; Alberta permit (CA_APA) may apply as Additional Prescribing Authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy and OTC teams, recruit and interview candidates, train associates on OBWs/SOPs and Walmart workflow.
• Develop, assess, motivate and retain team members; ensure execution and customer experience.
• Manage schedules, inventories, and performance; ensure pharmacy operates per budgets and plans.
• Collaborate with Professional Services District Managers, Store Management, and healthcare providers to support patient care.
• Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and safely; protect patient privacy and pharmacy appearance.
