Here’s where you’ll be focusing :

  • Exceed customer expectations by building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions; role model, coach, and reinforce customer service expectations daily for all staff
  • Implement pharmacy programs and product launches to promote patient service standards, drive sales, control labor, monitor margins, and reduce shrinkage
  • Act in the patient’s best interest by supporting patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs
  • Foster a positive, patient-focused culture and experience, ensuring product availability and high customer service standards while developing and monitoring business plans to meet KPIs
  • Ensure seamless patient and facility experiences across all locations by actively engaging in Fusion
  • Uphold company values, champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and foster an inclusive environment in the pharmacy
  • Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning processes
  • Build and maintain a supportive, motivating team environment that balances labor and ensures staff work to their full scope
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures (e.g., OHS, Loss Prevention); train staff and ensure adherence

What you have to offer :

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility
  • Injection and First Aid Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist
  • Kroll software experience is preferred
