Here’s where you’ll be focusing :

1. Exceed customer expectations by building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions; role model, coach, and reinforce customer service expectations daily for all staff.
2. Ensure contractual requirements, including service obligations, of continuing care facilities are executed based on corporate agreements.
3. Act in the patient’s best interest to implement and support patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs.
4. Inspire a positive, patient-focused culture and experience, product availability, and customer service standards while developing and monitoring business plans to deliver on KPIs.
5. Actively engage in all areas of Fusion to ensure seamless patient and facility experiences.
6. Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to provide excellence in health and wellness services to all patients.
7. Uphold and promote company values, including championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring the pharmacy is an inclusive environment.
8. Manage the selection, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and succession planning processes.
9. Build and maintain strong team relationships in a supportive environment that ensures appropriate labor balance and full scope of practice for team members.
10. Ensure all regulatory requirements and company policies, including OHS and Loss Prevention, are implemented and adhered to, including staff training.

What you have to offer :

1. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
2. Must be a Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility.
3. Injection and First Aid Certification.
4. Previous management experience in a pharmacy setting.
5. Continuing care consulting experience is an asset.
6. Additional certifications such as Certified Geriatric Pharmacist or Advanced Prescribing are assets.
7. Kroll software experience is preferred.
