Job summary

Sobeys Inc. is seeking a licensed pharmacist in Quesnel, BC to join our national pharmacy team. You will support patient-centered care, participate in program launches, and help deliver exceptional service across multiple banners.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, provincial licensure, injection and first aid certification, and at least 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist. Compensation includes a comprehensive Total Rewards package and relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations, build relationships, and reinforce customer service standards daily for all staff.
• Execute pharmacy programs and product launches to promote patient service standards, drive sales, control labor, monitor margins, and manage shrinkage.
• Act in the patient’s best interest by supporting patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery.
• Inspire a positive, patient-focused culture, ensuring product availability, customer service standards, and business plan execution to meet KPIs.
• Engage in all areas of Fusion to ensure a seamless and consistent pharmacy experience across locations.
• Be an ambassador for company values, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the pharmacy.
• Manage selection, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and succession planning processes.
• Build and maintain strong team relationships in a supportive environment, balancing labor and maximizing team potential.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and company policies, processes, and procedures are implemented and adhered to; train staff accordingly.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Must be a licensed pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility.
• Injection and First Aid certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
