Job summary

Sobeys Inc. in Corner Brook, NL, is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our national pharmacy team. You will provide patient-centered care, ensure accurate dispensing, and support retail programs across banners.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, is in good standing in Newfoundland and Labrador, has 2+ years of licensed practice, and demonstrates leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Must be a licensed pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility.
• Injection and First Aid certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by building relationships and delivering patient-centric solutions; role model, coach, and reinforce customer service standards daily for all staff.
• Execute pharmacy programs and product launches to promote patient service standards, drive sales, control labor, monitor margins, and manage shrinkage.
• Act in the patient’s best interest by implementing and supporting patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs.
• Inspire a positive, patient-focused culture and experience, ensuring product availability, customer service standards, and business plan execution to meet KPIs.

• Ensure all regulatory requirements and company policies, processes, and procedures (e.g., OHS, Loss Prevention) are implemented and adhered to within the department; train staff accordingly.

What you bring to the table:
