Pharmacy Manager/Owner at Ladysmith Pharmasave

PHARMACY MANAGER POSITION AT LADYSMITH PHARMASAVE

• Salary range: $75/hr based on experience.
• Loyalty bonus of $10,000/year

5% RRSP/GRSP Match: Additional dollar-to-dollar match towards your RRSP with up to 5% of your base salary.

• Clinical performance bonus based on measurable, objective criteria ranging from $10,000 to $20,000.
• Extended health and dental coverage.
• College license and liability insurance fees paid.
• 6% vacation pay.

Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive patient care and ensuring seamless customer service for all pharmacy customers.
• Accurately and appropriately dispensing medications.
• Leading and performing clinical services such as vaccine administration and minor ailment assessments.
• Managing and motivating team members.
• Recruiting, hiring, and training pharmacy assistants and technicians.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with BC College of Pharmacists.
• Completion of necessary requirements to be a Pharmacy Manager.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a retail community pharmacy.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
