We are hiring for a Pharmacy Manager at our location in Spruce Grove, AB.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day pharmacy dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
  2. Perform clinical responsibilities such as drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, and counseling on prescriptions and non-prescription products.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners.
  4. Oversee inventory management.
  5. Handle team member scheduling, training, and management.
  6. Identify and address business strengths and patient needs.
  7. Develop and implement strategies for business growth.
  8. Enforce policies and protocols related to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
  9. Complete all licensee tasks as required by the College of Pharmacy in your province.
  10. Follow and enforce Save-On-Foods’ SOPs.
  11. Communicate with Regional Pharmacy Manager to optimize workflow and efficiencies.
Qualifications:
  1. Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  2. Management experience in pharmacy or a minimum of 2 years as a licensed Pharmacist.
  3. Fluency with Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures.
