Qualifications

We are hiring for a Pharmacy Manager at our location in Spruce Grove, AB. Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
  • Perform clinical responsibilities such as drug use evaluation, medication reviews, injections, and counseling on prescriptions and non-prescriptions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners.
  • Manage inventory and team scheduling, training, and supervision.
  • Identify business opportunities and patient needs, and develop growth strategies.
  • Enforce policies and protocols related to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
  • Complete all licensing tasks as required by the College of Pharmacy in your province.
  • Follow and enforce Save-On-Foods’ SOPs and communicate with Regional Pharmacy Manager to optimize workflow.
Qualifications:
  • Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Management experience or minimum 2 years as a licensed Pharmacist.
  • Fluency with Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures.
  • Injection Certification.
