  • Perform filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks to maintain accurate pharmacy records.
  • Assist with delivery exception management and other logistics-related administrative tasks.
  • Escalate discrepancies or issues to senior staff or pharmacy leadership in a timely manner.
  • Support general housekeeping within the pharmacy environment.
  • Assist with packing and shipping prescription orders according to established procedures.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, patient-first team culture.
