Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Montreal, QC is seeking a collaborative team member to deliver exemplary customer service, verify and shelve orders in the laboratory, and assist with basic medication preparation and packaging.

You will help maintain the laboratory and automation equipment, may operate the cash register, and must adhere to safety standards for cash handling and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to work in a laboratory environment and assist with medication preparation as needed.
• Good knowledge of cash handling and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Verify and place received orders on the shelves in the laboratory.
• May participate in preparation of medications, such as counting, packaging, and assisting with pill organizer assembly.
• Ensure maintenance of the laboratory and automation equipment.
• May operate the cash register as needed.
• Comply with safety standards regarding cash handling and patient confidentiality.
