The Jean Coutu Group in Laval (Quebec) is seeking a capable team member to deliver top‑notch customer service. You will verify and place orders on shelves, participate in medication preparation where needed, and help maintain laboratory and automation equipment.

The role may include cash register duties and strict adherence to confidentiality and safety standards. Ideal candidates are outgoing, empathetic, friendly, and versatile team players who value collaboration and a balanced work schedule

Responsabilités

• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Verify and place received orders on shelves in the laboratory.
• May participate in preparation of medications (counting, packaging, pill organizer assembly).
• Ensure maintenance of the laboratory and automation equipment.
• May operate the cash register as needed.
• Comply with safety standards regarding cash handling and patient confidentiality.

Within your team, your essential role will be to:

• provide exemplary customer service;
• verify and place received orders on the shelves in the laboratory;
• may participate in the preparation of medications, such as counting, packaging, and assisting with pill organizer assembly;
• ensure maintenance of the laboratory and automation equipment;
• may operate the cash register as needed;
• comply with safety standards regarding cash handling and patient confidentiality.
