Rexall Kingston location is seeking a customer service associate to join our team. You will provide exceptional service, handle transactions, answer inquiries, and assist with stock counts across designated areas.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the point of sale.
• Enter product information, process cash or card payments, and answer inquiries.
• Perform stock counts and assist with stock orders.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

What you will be doing:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Accurately entering in product information, accepting cash or credit, and answering all customer inquiries
• Perform stock counts and orders for designated areas accurately
• This is role is filling an existing vacancy on the team.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager or Manager on-duty
