Job summary

Interior Health is recruiting a term-specific full-time Coordinator | Central Functions | Pharmacy to support Pharmacy Services. This role may involve occasional travel within the Interior Health region and requires a valid BC driver’s license.

It is a term position until November 15, 2027 or return of the incumbent. The Coordinator develops, implements, and evaluates initiatives to improve site operations and staff safety, coordinating with managers and reporting on performance and cost

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates provincial, regional, and site-wide initiatives to improve operations and staff safety.
• Coordinates with department managers to standardize Workplace Health and Safety initiatives.
• Retrieves, analyzes, and presents data to support operational decisions.
• Guides and coordinates activities of assigned areas with professional standards and IH goals.
• Supports local quality improvement and risk management initiatives.
• Prepares formal reports including cost estimates and status reports.
