Job summary

Mint Health + Drugs is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacists and technicians at our Church Street location in Downtown Edmonton. You will help manage daily pharmacy operations, process prescriptions, maintain inventory, and provide friendly service to patients and customers.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of experience, strong attention to detail, and basic computer skills; familiarity with Kroll is an asset.

Qualifications

• High accuracy reading prescriptions and labeling products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for patient interactions.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of Kroll is an asset.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Prescription Processing: Receive, input, and fill prescriptions under supervision.
• Customer Service: Greet patients, manage phone inquiries, and process payments or claims.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and remove expired products.
• Administrative Support: Maintain electronic health records and organize prescription files.
