Job summary

Une pharmacie dynamique à Strathmore cherche un(e) technicien(ne) en pharmacie. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des prescriptions, de l'assurance et de l'inventaire, tout en offrant un excellent service à la clientèle. Ce poste à temps partiel nécessite une expérience antérieure et de bonnes compétences organisationnelles.

Qualifications

• Expérience en tant qu'assistant(e) ou technicien(ne) pharmaceutique.
• Compétences en communication et service à la clientèle requises.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

Responsibilities

• Recevoir et remplir des prescriptions.
• Gérer l'inventaire et passer des commandes.
• Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux questions des patients.

We are looking for a positive, professional, enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual who wants to be a part of an amazing pharmacy team Role and responsibilities :

• Receiving and filling prescriptions
• Third party insurance billing
• Inventory management (receive and place order, expiry check & return the expiry goods)
• Manage cash register
• Answer phone call and respond to patient queries
• Other duties as assigned by the pharmacist manager Qualification :
• Experience as a Pharmacy assistant / Technician.
• Experience with “Kroll” computer system is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to perform multiple tasks and priorities work
