Position Overview

We're seeking talented colleagues passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and delighting shoppers at every step. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Greeting patients and confirming the accuracy of prescription information before filling
  2. Entering patient care data
  3. Handling Third Party adjudication when necessary
  4. Accurately dispensing prescription medications
  5. Managing pharmacy stock through inventory control
  6. Addressing general OTC inquiries and referring patients to Pharmacists when needed
  7. Handling prescription pickup processes
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is an asset
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in computer and data entry skills
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
