Responsibilities

• Receiving prescriptions from patients and assessing completeness per provincial guidelines.
• Performing computer functions: data entry, price check, patient information updates and prescription interpretation.
• Filling prescriptions under the pharmacist's supervision, labeling and organizing for pharmacist review.
• Maintaining inventory control, checking stock levels, pulling expired meds monthly and organizing shelf stock.
• Clerical organization: filing prescriptions, invoices and reports; providing administrative support as needed.
• Assisting with OTC operations, ordering, stocking and cashier duties as assigned.
