Job summary

London Drugs is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacists and the pharmacy team in a part-time role. You will help with daily pharmacy operations, customer service at the front counter, cashier duties, and answering phone inquiries.

You’ll use the pharmacy computer to process prescriptions and assist with inventory and drug ordering. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

Qualifications

• Customer service and front-counter duties in a busy pharmacy.
• Assist Pharmacists with daily operations and prescription processing.
• Experience with pharmacy software is a bonus.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacists and Pharmacy Manager with daily pharmacy operations.
• Serve customers at the front counter and answer telephone inquiries.
• Operate the pharmacy computer and process prescriptions.
• Assist in ordering, receiving drug orders and managing inventory.
