Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to provide timely, high-quality healthcare service and exceptional client experience
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
• Provide high levels of client service focus
• Assist with prescription processing under pharmacist supervision
• Input patient and prescription data into pharmacy software
• Process refill requests and third-party billing
• Greet customers and refer clinical questions to the pharmacist
• Maintain patient records and filing systems
• Receive, stock, and organize medications and health supplies
• Manage faxes and coordinate follow-ups
