Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain prescription information per Standards.
• Assist in dispensing processes under pharmacist supervision and ensure privacy.
• Process new prescriptions and refills; handle third-party billing as needed.
• Answer phone, refer inquiries to the pharmacist, and coordinate call backs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing per Standards of Practice.
