Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Prepare and package medications according to Pharmacy Standards of Practice, ensuring all documentation is complete
2. Accurately enter and maintain data within systems
3. Prioritize prescriptions correctly within workflow
4. Prepare prescriptions efficiently and accurately
5. Prepare prescriptions for delivery
6. Assist with inventory management under pharmacist supervision
7. Maintain proper medication storage following 5S principles
8. Organize stock and manage recalls and expired products appropriately
9. Ensure machines are supplied with necessary accessories

Candidate Requirements

• Independent thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to plan, coordinate, delegate, and coach colleagues
• Proven ability to drive business and support programs
• Ability to prioritize in response to changing initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to exceptional customer service

• Knowledge of Pharmacy systems and personal computing skills are assets

• Completion of mandatory training and ongoing education as needed

The role requires working Fridays 10am-6pm and an additional day (2pm-10pm) based on business needs. Initial training may include Friday and 2-3 additional days during the week.
