Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting patients and confirming the accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling.
2. Data entry of patient care information.
3. Third-party adjudication (if necessary).
4. Accurate dispensing of prescription medications.
5. Maintaining pharmacy stock through inventory control systems.
6. Handling general OTC inquiries from patients and referring to Pharmacist when necessary.
7. Managing customer prescription pickup.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Proficient computer and data entry skills.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
