Position Overview

We are looking for talented colleagues passionate about providing exceptional shopping experiences and delighting customers every step of the way. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Greeting patients and confirming the accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling
  2. Data entry of patient care information
  3. Third-party adjudication (if necessary)
  4. Accurate dispensing of prescription medications
  5. Maintaining pharmacy stock through inventory control systems
  6. Handling general OTC inquiries from patients and referring to Pharmacists when required
  7. Managing customer prescription pickups
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is an asset
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient in computer/data entry skills
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
