Job summary

Murphy's Pharmacies is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our Island-based teams. You will support patient care, process prescriptions, and work closely with our Pharmacy team to ensure accurate data entry and efficient service.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and discretion. Prior pharmacy experience is preferred, and leadership of a small team is an asset. Comfortable with fast-paced environments and community care.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working in a team environment while providing exceptional care to clients.
• Must have Pharmacy experience; a previous leadership role is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and follow up with any client/dispensary concerns or requests.
• Leading, coaching and supervising Pharmacy Assistants and Dispensary Cashiers.
• Launching new initiatives to improve communication and implement guided processes.
