Responsibilities:
  • Prescription assembly and data entry
  • Processing customer transactions (receiving and releasing prescriptions)
  • Handling in-person and telephone refill requests and recording deliveries
  • Promoting PROfile programs
  • Compounding and Pill Pack Assembly
  • Filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing supplies, cleaning
  • Drug order creation and receiving
  • Scheduling professional clinical services (e.g., medication reviews, health risk assessments, disease management)
  • BTC management
  • Administrative duties: cycle counts, narcotic counts, return to stocks, TMLs, manual third-party processing
  • Adhering to company standards and assisting with other pharmacy operations as needed
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Undergraduate degree, Pharmacy Technology Certificate, or recognized pharmacy program
  • Previous pharmacy experience is an asset
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Compliance with company standards
