We currently have an exciting Casual opportunity for a Pharmacy Assistant IA at the Downtown Community Health Clinic in Vancouver, BC. Pharmacy staff rotate through Connections Addictions Clinic and Downtown Community Health Centre Pharmacies, located adjacent to each other on Powell Street. These positions are for individuals who have compassion and empathy for a vulnerable and marginalized population, aiming to decrease stigma and support clients at their pace.

Perform technical duties in the pharmacy, including monitoring, filling, topping up, and distributing pharmaceuticals, maintaining inventory, processing medication orders, and updating patient profiles. Ensure accuracy in product and label checks, maintain records, and assist with compounding medications.
Education and Experience: Grade 12, graduation from a recognized Pharmacy Assistant Program or equivalent.
Skills and Abilities: Effective communication, organizational skills, ability to operate related equipment, and physical ability to perform duties.
