Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and gather prescription information according to Standards
• Assist pharmacist in prescription preparation and data entry per Pharmacy Standards of Practice
• Adjudicate third party billing and manage corresponding accounts
• Answer telephone and refer to a pharmacist when needed
• Maintain confidentiality and accurately file documentation
