Position Summary

CareRx is experiencing exciting growth and is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our Specialty Pharmacy team located at 8610 Commerce Court, Burnaby, BC. This is a full-time, permanent position. Prior experience in specialty pharmacy is advantageous but not required. Our office is just a seven-minute walk from Skytrain (Production Way). Compensation

$18 - $22/hour. The actual pay rate will be determined based on the candidate’s credentials and experience with CareRx.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in our Shipping department
2. Operate the PacMed machine
3. Correct rolls using PacVision
4. Package medications (blister packs, vials, strips)
5. Manage inventory, including receiving and sending orders
6. Enter prescriptions into Kroll, PCC, and/or Catalyst systems
7. Synchronize data with the PacMed machine
8. Process refills in Kroll
9. Coordinate and organize deliveries
10. Maintain daily pharmacy operations independently and collaboratively
