Greenshield Specialty Pharmacy is a specialty pharmacy and healthcare company focused on the handling and service of injectable, infused, and biologic medications. THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Providing exemplary customer service that meets GreenShield's health standards.

1. Data entry of patient care information into Kroll ensuring all required documentation is adequate.
2. Understanding, recognizing, and resolving third party adjudication.
3. Assisting in coordination of next day deliveries and medication refills.
4. Troubleshooting all billing errors before next day’s delivery.
5. Pulling all scheduled deliveries and organizing next day deliveries.
6. Ensuring all copayments are charged or forwarded to appropriate payer.
7. Providing pharmacy team with medication totals for upcoming delivery before cut off time to ensure we have appropriate stock.
8. Coordinating with all patient support programs regarding billing errors, plan maximums, co-pay assistance, and free of charge medications.
9. Other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Operations Manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proficient in Kroll (minimum 2 years of experience).
• Retail or community pharmacy experience with excellent knowledge in pharmacy operations (minimum 2 years of experience).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Effective organizational skills and excellent time management skills with the proven ability to multi-task.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently in an effective and efficient manner.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Work location - in person at Mississauga, London OR Ottawa.

Work type - Permanent - Full Time.

Schedule - Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts. (No weekends, no week nights).
